The copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of this content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Company is prohibited.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Eforpass makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eforpass shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction in resolving any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Eforpass reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes become effective from the moment they are published on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review the Terms regularly.
