Distance Sales Contract

This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") has been established electronically between the Buyer ("Consumer") whose information is provided below and the Seller ("Eforpass"), in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the digital product whose specifications and sales price are specified below, which the Buyer ordered electronically from the website www.eforpass.com owned by the Seller.

The product is not a physical product and is delivered only as digital content.

The name, type, usage period, sales price, and total amount including taxes of the product purchased by the Buyer are specified in the invoice and order summary presented during the payment stage.

Digital contents are made accessible by defining them to the relevant user account or delivered via email.

The purchased digital product is sent to the buyer's email address registered in the system or made accessible through the user account within 24 hours at the latest following order confirmation.

There is no physical delivery involved.

The product price is collected through online payment systems.

Invoice information is prepared electronically based on the data provided by the buyer and sent to their email address.

According to Law No. 6502, for digital contents, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the performance of the product (providing access to the user) has begun.

The Buyer is deemed to have waived the right of withdrawal the moment they gain access to the ordered digital content.

If access has not been provided and usage has not begun, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from product delivery.

In cases where the right of withdrawal is valid, the full payment is refunded within 14 days in a manner compatible with the payment method.

For return requests, the Buyer must apply in writing to [email protected].

In disputes that may arise from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.

This contract comes into effect on the date it is confirmed electronically by the Buyer.

The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the contract terms and that the payment obligation arises with the confirmation of the order.
