Delivery and Refund Policy

Delivery

All products sold through the Eforpass platform are digital in nature. No physical product delivery is made.

After the purchase is completed, the relevant digital content/product is made available to the user either instantly or within 24 hours at the latest via email or through the user panel.

Delivery is carried out by providing downloadable files, access links, or access permissions through the user account.

Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal for digital content cannot be exercised after the product has been downloaded, accessed, or used.

If the user has accessed, downloaded, or started using a digital product, it is not possible to return the product and refund the payment.

However, if the user has not yet accessed the content and requests a return within 14 days of the order, the return request will be evaluated.

Return Process

In cases where returns are eligible, you can submit your request by sending an email to [email protected].

If your request is approved, your payment will be refunded to you within 14 business days at the latest, in accordance with your payment method (bank transfer, credit card refund, etc.).

The return process is only valid for unused and unaccessed products.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns are not possible if the user has accessed, downloaded, or started using the digital product.

Specially personalized or custom-prepared digital content for the user is excluded from the return scope.
